The World Sustainability Organization and Natalie Fort’s Fort Group, envision working together to drive the adoption of sustainable standards in Ghana and across Africa.
“We are beyond thrilled to be working with Natalie Fort,” said Paolo Bray, WSO Founder and Director. “Natalie is the embodiment of a thought leader and global ambassador for sustainability. Her work and influence in the Media and Philanthropic sectors further position her as a key personality to drive sustainability in Africa. We have high hopes for this collaboration.”

The firm’s CSR arm, Fort Foundation is focused on improving the lives of Ghanaians particularly in the area of healthcare. Its work connects with the World Sustainability Organization’s mission in the context of social responsibility. “Our certification audit looks at working conditions and social responsibility at seafood production facilities,” Bray explained. “In this sense, the health and well-being of their workers are directly related to the sustainability of the industry.”
The Fort Foundation focuses on supporting healthcare centers across the country, with design initiatives and medical needs. Fort Foundation also provides timely financial aid to the less fortunate with healthcare needs through the Fort Fund.

Aged 15, Natalie represented Ghana in the Miss Princess of the World pageant held in Prague, Czech Republic. “Fort’s experience in fashion will surely benefit the recent Friend of the Earth’s initiatives on ethical and sustainable fashion and modeling,” concludes Bray.
