Extra vergine &#8211; anche millesimato &#8211; di altissima qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La certificazione, per l\u2019azienda, \u00e8 arrivata per <strong>la sostenibilit\u00e0 della sua produzione<\/strong> agricola e per la <strong>responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/strong> che guida tutte le attivit\u00e0 del proprio business. \u201cFu per noi un onore superare brillantemente l\u2019audit di verifica\u201d, ricorda <strong>Paolo Boeri<\/strong>, co-titolare assieme al padre <strong>Franco<\/strong> dell\u2019azienda. \u201cDa quel momento &#8211; prosegue &#8211; siamo rimasti fedeli a Friend of the Earth come nostra <strong>unica certificazione di prodotto<\/strong> perch\u00e9 rispecchiava e rispecchia tuttora le nostre metodologie di lavoro e il nostro impegno in un\u2019agricoltura sostenibile\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOlio Roi \u00e8 una delle aziende pi\u00f9 illuminate per tutto ci\u00f2 che riguarda il rispetto dell\u2019ambiente nelle sue pratiche di produzione\u201d, dichiar\u00f2 <strong>Paolo Bray<\/strong>, Fondatore e Direttore di Friend of the Earth, all\u2019indomani della certificazione di Olio Roi\u201d. \u201cRiteniamo che sia estremamente apprezzabile il modo con cui ha deciso, nel tempo, di mettere sempre e comunque <strong>in primo piano l\u2019ambiente<\/strong> che circonda i suoi ulivi, che hanno modo di crescere e produrre frutti nonostante le condizioni impervie e di difficile accesso che caratterizzano la tipica coltivazione a terrazze del ponente ligure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per raggiungere questo obiettivo sono stati necessari <strong>investimenti<\/strong> &#8211; anche ingenti &#8211; in macchinari ad alto contenuto tecnologico, ed \u00e8 stato scelto <strong>di non utilizzare sostanze chimiche<\/strong>, fatta eccezione per il rame che viene utilizzato per il trattamento del parassita tipico degli ulivi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019agricoltura sostenibile \u00e8 un\u2019agricoltura dove <strong>si rid\u00e0 al terra ci\u00f2 che le si toglie<\/strong>\u201d, ha concluso Franco Boeri. Che ha poi aggiunto: \u201cL\u2019attenzione verso il biologico, del resto, con il tempo si \u00e8 trasformata e oggi i nostri clienti prestano attenzione soprattutto ai prodotti che non sfruttino la
