The\u00a0World Sustainability Organization<\/span><\/a>\u00a0returns to centre stage during the days of Milan Fashion Week with a collective runway show featuring 13 carefully selected brands, ready to unveil their new Spring\/Summer 2026 collections.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event will take place on\u00a0Thursday, 25 September at 5 pm<\/b>\u00a0at the\u00a0Istituto dei Ciechi in Milan<\/b>, a symbolic venue that will host this important occasion dedicated to sustainable fashion.<\/span><\/p>\n

The show is held under the banner of the\u00a0Friend of the Earth certification<\/span><\/a>, an international programme that sets rigorous sustainability standards for the fashion industry. This certification ensures transparency and accountability across the entire supply chain, promoting environmentally responsible practices. Through Friend of the Earth, the WSO is committed to guiding the industry towards a more conscious future, collaborating with brands that share values of sustainability and innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the featured brands in the\u00a04th edition of \u00abBeyond the Claim Sustainable Fashion Show\u00bb\u00a0<\/b>is Alina Amaral<\/span><\/p>\n

Alina Amaral’s participation in the show is supported\u00a0by\u00a0Texbrasil<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program \u2014 the result of a partnership between\u00a0Abit<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and\u00a0ApexBrasil<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency)<\/span><\/p>\n

Alina Amaral is far more than a fashion label: it is an extension of the art, culture and soul of Brazil\u2019s Northeast. Founded by designer Alina Amaral, originally from Alagoas, the brand seeks to rediscover and celebrate handcrafted artistry, transforming traditional techniques into contemporary, meaningful, and unique garments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each collection is rooted in deep stories, heritage and personal connections, creating a bridge between Brazil\u2019s heartland and the wider world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alina Amaral\u2019s original designs highlight the strength of local identity through the use of natural fabrics, hand embroidery and finishes that honour both time and the creative process. For the brand, wearing its pieces is not simply dressing\u2014it is an act of expression, respect and beauty that moves and connects.<\/span><\/p>\n
